They both were hyped up way too much in thier primes.

I'd be shocked if this fight ended up looking good/crisp visually.

Gina was obviously better at stand up, but it's going to be the age old question if she can pick apart Rousey, and manage not to get taken down. If Rousey gets her to the ground, it's almost certainly going to be an arm bar.

The game plan is there: the longer you keep the fight standing, the more you expose Rousey's lack of stand up.
Well....
Add in the fact that we are in the age of exhibition "prize fights" for top dollar, and you really cant trust what you see anymore.

They've finally caught on that the public is way too gullible. Most people still believe in the buildup of a Mike Tyson fight for crying out loud. Tyson was washed 30 years ago. But hey, these people are laughing all the way to the bank. Wouldn't surprise me if Carano made more for this fight, than her entire career earnings
( Im talking acting as well)

Rousey grabs hold and judo throws her into an arm bar, Carano taps they both head off without a scratch to a club and laugh at every silly kunt that bought a ticket

Reportedly $2 million for Carano and $5 million Rousey.  California rules require it be reported after the fight so we'll know the truth soon.  $0 for 0-3 Hankins.

Biggest hype ever dollar for dollar

This debacle may have killed the Golden Goose for all those coming after. if I was an investor I'd be pissed  The generation raised on the internet and social media coming up now don't believe anything hype on the internet, they just laugh and pretend and troll.

what a joke this fight was,  a total work.

also there where many unsold seats in the arena, they had the lights constantly flashing dark so you could not see the empty seats.

I noticed that as well. However, the gross at the gate doesn't mean much for a fight on Netflix. They're sell to advertisers is the built-in millions of subscribers. Different than an old school pay per view.

You are right if it pulled in a good number Netflix will fund another show

But for them to go forward Jake Paul will have to fight

Ronda says it is one and done and Nate Diaz got his ass kicked last night

One more thing, now that arrogant that Rouswt will forget every ounce of humility that was beat into her by Holm and Nunez and we'll have to hear her yap about how she can beat up Usyk or some other bullshit.

Forget the fact that Carano hadn't fought in 15 years and had to lose 100 lbs just to even get into the cage. This will inflate rousey's oversized ego like she never missed a beat.
