So the answer is “no” you have never trained in a military gym and don’t know what kind of plates they use.  Those are 45 pound plates and the precise kind of plates the Army uses for their Army Fitness Test.  He did one good rep.  No, all the people in the gym were not involved in some conspiracy to put “fake” plates on the bar and cheer like he actuallly pressed 315.  Why would a military gym have “fake” weights?  This is incredibly stupid.  I need to put this in the liberal mental disorder thread, because if you actually believe that is a fake clip or that there is some conspiracy you sound like you have a mental illness.
