I enjoy looking up all these words LOL :D

What meds would you speculate he is taking against which ailments?

Not saying he's taking he's taking stims at night, and especially not illicit ones. Since I'm interested in all things medication I'm curious on your thoughts about the following. Some time back Tucker Carlson claimed he knew someone on Biden's team who claimed he or she had seen Biden be shot up with amphetamines before debates and appearances several times. Do you suppose such a thing is likely? Especially the "shot" part (as opposed to just tablets)? From what I've read amphetamines are supposedly considered the most reliable and potent cognitive performance enhancers in the elderly. I'm sure you remember Trump saying Biden should be drug, or PED, tested at debates. I think he knew such a thing would never be allowed so it was safe demanding such so it wouldn't surprise me if Trump is helped along in demanding situation as well. I don't see anything wrong with this if it's happening, just curious about your opinion on whether it's happening. I remember JFK's Dr's journals mentioning stims, also Halotestin LOL as an androgen replacement since he had that Cushing's disease I think.

I think he has mild cognitive decline and is likely taking donanemab or lecanemab. He also has heart issues that have been reported so he is likely on the common medications for that. The hand thing that keeps happening would lead me to believe they are administering the monoclonal antibodies via the vein in the back of his hand and the weird bruising is from blood thinners-there are several different ones.

I dont see why you would shoot up amphetamines, taking them orally is very reliable and using amphetamines IV is not proper practice lol. I could see them loading him up on amphetamine salts and memantine and carting him out there. lol.

It's hard to guess because I don't know what levels they would go to for the president in terms of breaking best practice. I would assume everything is on the table.

He undoubtedly has a strong constitution. Most 80 year olds are lacking mobility, can't work and have a panoply of conditions. He eats like shit, doesn't sleep properly etc... the job he is doing must be incredibly stressful. I am sure he is getting the legit best medical care in the world though so that could skew things.

I doubt it's substances, no way his heart could handle stims that consistently at night.

He had clear confabulations in 24-25 and obvious aphasia as well. There are several meds he is likely taking and there has been a notable difference in his ability to speak, prosody etc.. The cognitive tests are to track his decline which looks to be stabilized but he is 80 and systemic issues are likely mounting.

I don’t think he’s on “anything”. Dude is sharp, and I don’t mean intelligent, for his age and just doesn’t need sleep. His family history shows he’ll live to a ripe old age.

Now, back to the topic. I think he’s fucked this up royally and doesn’t quite understand the fanatical government he’s dealing with in Iran. Those dudes don’t give a fuck and are making him look bad. He’s losing this negotiation and if you need evidence of that, just look at who’s absent from this thread.

I think he just talked about the bruising in some interview. Said the doc has him on the 81mg baby aspirin but he is just taking a whole regular aspirin because he didn't like the idea of "thick blood" coursing through his veins, so the bruising is supposedly from that. Unfortunately Trump can't ever admit any perceived weakness, even if it's nothing that people would even care about, so you don't know if that is a cover story so to speak. It's reasonable enough a story though but then it's a bit of an ignorant train of thought wrt dosing like that. Might do more harm than good overall. Hell, in my country baby aspirin is basically never recommended and I remember writing on here maybe a decade or two ago how the whole baby aspirin rec has been questioned in the US; whether it's even doing anything relevant wrt heart attacks.

Do you think he should be approaching it differently now that his previous approach hasn't worked? They sure called all his bluff and bluster. Like I said in this thread those guys are tough as hell and Trump may not understand not every culture operates on purely transactional level, like Trump is used to dealing with people in real estate deals. However, the Iranians may actually have been making the most "rational" moves until this point - because it's been working so far and now they feel they are the ones holding all the cards (Hegseth said the Iranians have NO cards to play LOL). One Iranian minister just argued from Iran's POV they should probably just push for a renewed hot war as that would be the most rational course of action for several reasons. I think it's a smart prediction Trump starting the war again would probably be catastrophic for him and even he knows that now. It's probably not very true they are just irrational religious fundamentalists, they are making very calculated and strategic moves even from a western military POV.

Douglas McGregor said some Scandinavian country, I'm guessing mine, asked for his opinion on what NATO should do to effectively counter Russia. Learn from Iran he said.

Aspirin makes the most sense since he hasn't had a MACE. The data is mixed particularly recently on its benefits vs risks.
