Yes losing weight can be hard. Yes some people have a harder time losing weight compared to otheres.
Yes you will feel hungry in a deficit. Yes you may have low energy at times.
Yes I would love to eat candy, pizzas, pasta, ice creams, and burgers every day. But I don't.
Yes most nights I would love to just order 2 large pizzas and eat a tub of ice cream after. But I don't.
All these people can lose weight if they tried. It may take years for some of them, but they all can lose weight.
I just can't understand wanting to get stabbed with a needle instead of dieting.
And what happens when they stop taking the GLPs? What's the plan for when the hunger and weight comes back? Just go back on the GLPs for the rest of their lives?
