I knew a few guys who got to a good level. Their gym training involved a bunch of different lat pull down exercises with crazy weights. Trained with them for a while and got pretty strong on the exercises they did, but I still sucked at arm wrestling

from what i have heard, devon larrat is constantly training he acts goofy in his interviews but he is a  big sone of a bitch i think 6-5  and pretty lean  as well. some of those are guys are jacked as fuck.

A prime Big Show standing next to  Brian Shaw would be interesting. Big Show was billed at 7'-0" but I think he may have been about 6'-10". Brian Shaw is billed as 6'-8" but he may be only 6'-6" to 6'-7". Peak Brian carried more muscle mass than Big Show or Andre.
