A senior executive at JPMorgan Chase, Lorna Hajdini, has been accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing and harassing a junior male colleague, according to reports by Daily Mail and New York Post.
The man, identified as “John Doe,” filed the case in a New York court. He claims Hajdini pressured him into sexual acts by threatening his career, promotion, and bonus. He also alleged that she used racial slurs against him.
According to the reports, the alleged incidents began in 2024 after they started working together. The complainant said Hajdini initially made inappropriate comments and advances, which later became more serious.
He claims she threatened to harm his career if he did not agree to her demands. Out of fear, he said he eventually gave in to some encounters.
The lawsuit also alleges that she drugged him on multiple occasions and forced sexual acts without consent.
