hes now a world record holder

I am also a world record holder... I hold the world record for standing on one leg with an armadillo on one shoulder and a meerkat on the other with a hard boiled egg in my mouth, my time was 1 min 24 seconds until the meerkat fell off.

As far as Im aware no one else has beaten that time.

It's as if they aren't actually using their muscles much, just bouncing off the tendons somehow or something. Otherwise it shouldn't be possible. Shouldn't you be able to predict a 1RM from that like they do from a 6 repper or whatever? It should be like lifting or benching a house. The high reppers never have much muscle either, usually look like untrained folks.
