Is this real or AI? The video was horrifying. Did she not know a rope wasn't tied on to her as she was lifted up and tossed? How could no one notice this?

Five Workers not noticing the cord wasnt there, either they were high or it was intentional, nobody could be that stupid. (It was Brazil though)

One worker may be, but not all five.

Yep totally real, 3 people initially lifting her all failed to notice no attached chord. Something does seem off, I mean essentially launching her the way they did they would be under the trailing chord so would need to move quickly for it to not come down on them! I wonder if she had time to know this is it!?

(13 July 1997, Virginia) Eric A. Barcia, a 22-year-old Reston, VA resident, was found dead yesterday after he used bungee cords to jump off a 70-foot railroad trestle, police said.

The fast food worker taped a number of bungee cords together and strapped one end around his foot. Barcia had the foresight to anchor the other end to the trestle at Lake Accotink Park, and he even remembered to measure the length of the bungee cords to make sure that they were a few feet short of the 70 foot drop. He proceeded to fall headfirst from the trestle, and hit the pavement 70 feet below several seconds later.

Fairfax County police said "The stretched length of the cord that he had assembled was greater than the distance between the trestle and the ground." Perhaps the deceased fast food worker should have stuck to the line, "Do you want fries with that?"

Brazil is like a third world country. Those guys are probably just day laborers and there was a guy running it and picked them up that morning. Thought this news was a sick joke at first when I saw it in the NY Post but it’s the reality of a world that is being populated by idiots.

Look at the ratio of dindu’s having kids vs whites. Soon won’t be able to drive cause they won’t know basic driver education.

It's a third world country, but despite all the gang violence still has a good image. The compilation video on theync of drug gang violence is the same as in the very risky central and south american countries. Off the scales levels of sadistic torture, rape and beheadings.

But still many tourists see Brazil as the country of beaches, bossa nova, garotas, carnival, samba, football etc. Typical case of perception over reality.

OT: no idea why so many people dream of going bungee jumping. It's always on the cliche bucketlists. Seems very overrated imo

Decades ago I saw a video a friend showed me of a sort of reverse bungee jump in Thailand, a cord was stretched from a crane or something and then released with the "jumper." The video showed some drunk guy and one foot got loose and he looked unconscious as he dangle there.

Anyway, we'll probably see what happened with this woman in a bit. I was even thinking that it was assisted suicide as I think anyone doing such a "scary" thing would instinctively check more than once that their feet were attached to something.
