I’m not 100% sure that this is real because I’ve only seen a few articles about this but Gilad from Bodies in Motion has died.

I used to love those shows on ESPN like that one with Rick Valente. PIP! Seemed to be a good guy.

I know someone who claimed to have trained with Gilad. I believe him. This guy had no reason to lie. Gilad’s television days were long gone.

He told me Gilad was a great person, and all he needed was the outdoors to have a good workout. No expensive equipment needed.

His sister I recall was hot huge titonas,was on the show,,guy was in great shape.

Sad news, I remember him from his outdoor nice weather Hawaii fitness shows. Can't remember which TV channel, but it seemed a great way for many people to start with fitness
Low threshhold, easy to follow and copy in their living rooms. Smart concept, not everybody has time / money etc to join a gym.
