Hey GH15, Bob told 240 that he would send Ronnie and Dexter to beat his ass.
What do you think about that ?

i think 240 ron and dex should all go and beat up bobbie for being such a good representetive liason:D of ours ;)

Anyone get the Lee Priest "monthly" DVD's? In the last one Lee murdered and destroyed Victor from the front. From the back Vic had an edge but it wasn't annihilation like Lee did from the front. And yes guys even in chest, devastation I tell ya.

I thought Chris Cormier disease was when you fake an ilness/injury just hours from the show. Part of its symptoms include:

Beating on women

Doing party drugs

Partying as part of your prep

Complaining about EVERYONE

Always talking on your cell phone

Talking about how great you are/were

ive always said Melvin could be the man if he came in 100%. Ive said it so often im sick of typing it out again ha ha

Seriously, he has the best genetics in the pros and if he could nail his conditioning at 235-240 he would be a top contender for every title. Problem is, Melvin is still a long way off finding the package. His back double bi is always phenomenal though

I don't think Melvin will ever be able to dial in his hams and glutes :-\

Nothin' SPEACIAL about this huh?????

Second coming of Flex Wheeler
Worst Victor pic you could find

I meant to put Vic Martinez in there as well. He looked off the meter in his first pro win, and off the meter in his video (with a slight gut), but has never came close to that package again
ive always said Melvin could be the man if he came in 100%. Ive said it so often im sick of typing it out again ha ha

He was in shape when he won his pro card, and just like Flex, he only looked good then and his rookie year. I agree with what Dex has said, Mel trys to come in too heavy. @225-230 dry and cut, he would tear Badell a new one, Mel would own the  top 5 in non-O competitions.
Mel doesn't really need his gluts to come in, but his lower back and hams, like he did in the USA's 1999 (in which his glutes weren't soft at all). Mel had a better Lat spread than flex does, because Mel is 5'8" and competing at 230-235, where as Flex competed at 215-235 at 5'10 1/2.
