Maybe it is or maybe it is not. I have not been to these ports in Turkey, nor do I know anyone who owns a business there which depends on tourism including tourist who are LGBTQ. BTW Asians have a long history of starting and owning businesses in black neighborhoods. Asians have been opening businesses in Black communities in the United States since Chinese-owned stores sold groceries to newly emancipated Black Americans in the South during Reconstruction.

And you know this for a simple fact because you are so well acquainted with the affected business owners in these Turkish ports? FYI, it was Turkish authorities, the Aydın provincial administration, whose personnel are civil servants employed by the Turkish state, not private business owners. In other words, it was the government... you know, "they" who you claim that you distrust. In this case the decision was made because if conflicts with Islamic beliefs. I have not studied Islam. No doubt there are some aspects to Islam that are not bad or incorrect. I don't believe I said Islam was bad. What do you know about Sunni and Shia Islam? Is one more radical than the other? From what I gather, they are not the same.
