My theory upthread was he maybe wanted to "injure" it with a bad landing. Better to lose like this instead of being beaten in the fight. Just something that popped up in my head reading the thread.
I don't know who "JC" is in that picture above but I doubt there's any evidence and it's probably false as this type of shit could cause all sorts of problems for Dana and the UFC if it got out. Several people would know about it and all those people would have blackmail material and so on.
I think that Dana definitely knew something in advance. Dana seemed to be in a good mood post-fight.
I also sensed that the former fighters that are now employed by the UFC, we’re doing “damage control” after the fight (defending Conor)
