kinda sad the guy was up and coming could probably be a top strong man or anything in strength really. Already set new WR in strict curl this young guy

I can't stand watching these videos. Whether it's a gym bro trying to curl a massive ammount of weight or a legit lifter or bodybuilder who just gets a bad break. It's like watching these is a bad omen, especially as I get older.

Good luck on recovery MAXX. Maybe switch to dumbbell work moving fwd after you heal?

Doesn't have to be the end, maybe he gets a good surgeon. Tears are a given if going for max strength on lots of PEDs. However, flat bench is insane risky. I was moving those loads at that age too and its only luck if you last long. It's just a matter of time pretty much. Strength athletes do bounce back from tears, it's much worse if you're a bb.
