Dark colors are to cover up the dirt and sweat, im not out in the sun so it wouldnt matter.  And i have a mini swamp cooler on my table

I'm not super super informed about melatonin but I tried up to 150mg a day. I didn't take it for sleep, it sucks as a sleep aid anyway. Super strong antioxidant.
