If you want to live in NYC you may have to do this.

Rents are pretty retarded, as are house prices. (All over).

When I got married in '89, I got a 2 BR apt. $450.00 a month, all utilities included. I needed the 2nd BR for my home gym. (Also had my music setup in the corner of that room, guitar, bass, amps).

I see the same place today getting 2200.00 a month. (Plus utilities).
Granted, we were making 8.00 an hour back then compared to 100.00 an hour now, but the shite is not sustainable.

But, brainless commie libs, giving everything to illegals jacks up the prices for all of us paying... Death to Libturds...

I don’t blame the landlord if those studios are up to code. Making the living spaces larger would mean higher rents, and then the usual suspects would complain about gentrification. People are free to move to Jersey if they want more space for less money.
