Whether discussing religion or not, any sort of automatic link between homosexuality and pedophilia is problematic. There are a lot of gay people around but the only instances of pedophilia I have been exposed in my own life are a female friend’s deceased (thankfully) husband with his own daughter and my sister-in-law’s brother with two nieces (he’s now in prison).
