hmmmm great reveiw...
but i will say something.... upon reading it..... this reconfirms a lot of the pros use nowhere near the wight they say they use.. and are photograped in flex using...
eg.

dareem in the latest issue of flex.. is pressing 315 behind the neck.. yet the reveiwer said he was strugggling with 315 on incline press..

worse
in an old isseue of flex.. victor martinez had an whole article talking about how heavy he goes on chest... incline presses barbell with 495.. yet the reviewr states he was ever weaker on incline presses thatn dareem?? who presse 315 for 6

..craig richardson did an artice on legs in flex in which he states.... he squats over 500 etcetc....and its pictured with i think 6 plates a side .. if i remember properly in bfto 2005 the reviewer said he used knee wraps 405 on the smith.. with a very limited range of movement....

Word of advice: do NOT watch any Ronnie DVDs first.  They give you a false impression of how big and strong bodybuilders are.  Ronnie is a mutant.

after you watch Coleman's DVD< anything else will be a letdown.    it's like nailing a pornstar then moving to an Amish community.  Ye will feel unfufilled.

i watched ronnie dvd's first.....
... and ive watched a lot others after... still no one else compares.. though i did like blood and guts...
cormier in bfto 2001 is pretty strong too.... and levrone in bfto 2002 and in his m3 video
but the rest... in comparsion to how they potray thenm in flex.. when they are on video.... its a whole diff ball game... i mena a 250+ guy struggling with 140 on flat bench is not impressive....
they current issue of flex has darrem behind the neck pressin 315.... and smiling...eyes all squinted like he has sand in his eyes... that pose male models use....
yet come video time.. he's struggling to incline press it...
 ;)

I'm sure they all react in differing levels to being depleted.

Unless you've competed you'll never know how much your strength levels dip when depleted.

LOL..
This is such bull shit.. its for the pansy sissy bodybuilders that want to draw attantion to themselves. WTf does this mean? The week before my shows, and for anyone for that matter ther eis nothing much as far as training going on.

I never remember "suffering" from low strength.  Your training changes a bit. Thats all.

Really?  How weird.  In FLEX they still routinely bench 585 for reps on the flat bench and 405 for military press in contest condition.   ::)
haha, while wearing sunglasses indoors the whole time.
