 I dont have much of a problem w/ Palumbos columd despite the prison bodies...at least its educational.

 I have a problem w/ Hanys writings...OMG its embarrassing...I'll never forget when he wrote in reference to Ronnie...'...mountain of ebony muscle'. hahaha! Dork!

 Gustavos self proclamation of his greatness is tired and insulting. Hearing diet/cardio advice from Dexter/Dave Henry is an oxymoron. I wish Chad/Hany would keep it real w/ Q/A...real advice from real questions like Charles Glass does...despite his MuscleTech plugs.

Sadly, MD is the best. But that ins't saying much. You're right. Gustavo's column is nothing but a complete stroke job to himself. I do enjoy reading Dexter's column, if only so I can laugh every time he calls himself a pro athlete. Hany is a joke. Just do Ronnie already and get it over with.  Ron Harris is such a kiss ass, and it seems like 2/3 of the mag is written by him. They really need at least another writer.  Oh btw, it's that time of year again. Weekend at Ronnie's review. Get ready for 8 weeks of the same shit from Harris.


I do enjoy Charless Glass. Dude is smart and very knowledgeable. Despite the plugs, he doesn't come off as a jackass. Valvolino, well, that shit has ran its course. I don't know how many times you can write the same exact fucking column and just change the shout outs., without getting pulled from the mag. Great move Blechman.  ::)

 It's obvious how much Hany wants a piece of that 'ebony muscle' as is Ronnie.

 Gustavo's self-stroking babbling is really really boring. I laugh when Dexter tells us how to do cardio/ab work...it doesnt apply to real people with real genetics!! Same w/ Dave Henry. The whole 'I got food poisoning thing right before the show' tale isnt selling with me at all...

 Right, the 'Train w/ Ronnie weekend' will take up 6 months of space. Gregg Valentinos really has nothing to say anymore...the whole 'wooof, its getting hot in hear...I hope she doesnt read this...shes a ghetto pig...sorry baby, I love you heres my credit card, I was singing britney spears...oh no I mean metallica...woof, I need to jerk off okay Im back where was I, oh yes...mercedes and my dick markus' SUCKS! If I was 13 I might find that entertaining...but it sucks!!!

The mags are all owned by supp companies,or the other way around...  MuscleMag is owned by  Muscletech....Muscular Development is twinlab.. ironman...muscle link   flex..weider.

I forgot to mention, but Penile Development and Aging Thug are pretty good mags. Also, Fat Bastard is a good pick if you wanna "bulk" up.

MD is owned by Advance Research Press, which has been wholly owned by Steve Blechaman since buying it from Twin Lab in 2001, the year he resigned from Twinlab.

i think so flex magazine is the best ever.the photos in flex magazines r mind blowing and i don't give a shit if any 1 says they repeat their articles over and over cuz i don't care if they repeat their articles.their contest coverage is the best ever. and FLEX MAGAZINE RULZ...and also their training articles r informative.

MD might have more readers if the magazine was designed with them in mind. Hundreds of pages set with white type on black ??? Design 101 - don't have reversed type for your entire magazine.  :o
