But.. but.. what happened to all the new muscle fibres he created?
You said someone extremely muscular would look like before they started lifting and juicing in a couple of years after going off and back at peak in 12 months after hopping back on. I actually think the processes can be much quicker. Like losing everything in a couple of months or everything back in 6-8 weeks. I'm currently emaciated but could probably put 30lbs of "muscle" on in a month. Would you agree regaining is much, much quicker than gaining a certain amount of muscle in the first place? Also know as muscle memory. I think this is evidence of certain permanent changes occurring via training and drugs. No, I don't think hyperplasia would be significant even if it did happen to some degree, but something does change, for example increased satellite cell number as the evidence suggests. The emerging research is why WADA wanted to increase banned times from doping as an athlete would have a permanent advantage even if he never used drugs again.
You mentioned Parillo earlier and I remembered I tried his fascia stretching to gain instant size via loosening the fascia temporarily. He was talking an instant inch on calves for example IIRC. I put my quads into a stretch and my partner ran his knuckles over them hard. Only tried it once, they wer eblack and blue the next day from significant bleeding
