Stan comes off as a dickhead. We'll see where he places at the nationals. I feel he missed his opportunity a few years back & he's just going to end up a bottom feeder.

David Henry II really impressed me in his segment. Now there is one strong-ass, hard working brotha. Dude was working out the day after the Olympia with 3 hrs of sleep. The guy did incline flyes with 115 lbs dumbells for heaven's sake! Damn!

He was just busting out set after set with barely any rest in between the whole workout. Dude couldnt sit still for 2 seconds he was so pumped. Kept sniffing too. Working out with a cold? That's Animal, baby

Back at the 2004 Nationals I sat next to Dave Henry and that dude talked crap all night long, and he did mention to me that if Stan won that night it would be because of politics, because Stan was over rated and had nothing on Eric Bui's physique. After Eric Bui ( I think that's his name ) was anounced the winner of the middle weight class, Dave jumped for joy like he had just won the lottery.

Well I'm nobody to talk, since I look like shit... but I do stand by what I heard with my own ears and not just over hearing him talk, I was talking to that dude. ( Dave is very arrogant )
