if he is 4' 10, my guess is that he was probably around 4'8 or under at one time and got some  HGH from good ole' uncle sam(free of charge of course) and probably still gets his growth hormone free(disability)....Just like all the other dwarfs and midgets...He has that 1/2 retarded look to him also...Wonder how the hell he got in the air force?
