All BS propaganda from the left-media.

Really? Then you believe she did not fabricate being a lawyer which requires passing the bar? And, by the way, is not a requirement for work as a Whitehouse press secretary. Some folks think her time will be short-term. Who vets these new hires? Whoever they are, they should be fired, because they are not also very proficient at their job.

Law degree = lawyer
Getting licensed = attorney

Quote
Attorney vs Lawyer Difference in Roles
A lawyer is someone who has studied the law, graduated from law school, and may or may not have passed the bar exam. In contrast, an attorney is a lawyer who has graduated from law school, passed the bar exam, and is licensed to practice law.

No, you are not a licensed lawyer or attorney immediately upon graduating from law school in the United States.

The Key Distinctions

• Juris Doctor (J.D.): Graduating from an accredited law school earns you an academic degree called a Juris Doctor. This proves you have been trained in the law, but it does not give you a license to practice it.
• Bar Admission: To legally act as a lawyer or attorney and give legal advice to clients, you must pass a state bar exam, clear a character and fitness evaluation, and be formally sworn into a state bar.
• Unauthorized Practice of Law: In most U.S. states, calling yourself a "lawyer" or "attorney" to the public or offering legal services before you are officially licensed can violate state statutes against the unauthorized practice of law.
