I cannot say when that will happen, because like you, I have no control over these things other than to express my approval or disapproval at the polls. Note: in Oregon, this means quickly mailing in my ballot... usually the same day I get it, so I don't put it aside and accidentally forget about it.
Since Bacerra won the governorship, it looks like you might be paying that .10 tax. I won't be. Oregon's gas tax is already high though. Guess it costs a lot of money to keep the roads in good repair no matter what state you live in. Kotex wanted to put a toll charge on the Abernathy bridge which I use frequently when crossing over the Willamette River. So far, this has been either shot down or is sitting on the back burner. If it happens, I will use the Oregon City bridge or I will avoid the Eastside of the Willamette River which will be interesting since that is where the gym I go to is located.
