Don't know about you guys but did you hear the Bob Chic Yates interview at probodybuildingweekly.co m (shameless plug).
Yates is a pretty cool customer (typical Brit) just goes about his daily business and makes no extravagant claims about this and that. The way he talks about his bb career and all his victories is so low key but at the same time the guy just exudes inner confidence.
