so im planning on doing a cycle.... i was thinking of running

deca
anavar
dbol

what do you think? and if that is good... how much do i have to take of each

Yep you need some more reserach about proper way of cycleing.
Do not hurry with running into a cycle if you are not 100% sure what are you doing.

Have to agree with everyone here! A good first cycle is test only and test should always be the base of your future cycles as well. Just keep researching!

Do more research, I wouldn't use any dbol or deca.  However a low to moderate dose of test and anavar cycle would be a nice idea. JMO
