week 1 - 12: sust 500 mg ew
week 1 - 12: Deca 200mg ew
week 1 - 6:  D-bol 50mg ed

is this ok with you? nolvaedx throughout and continue after with clomid for PCT for couple weeks

Im 5'9" 175 bs with single didgit bf  hope to get to 185  quality muscle not fat!

I'd drop the deca by wk 10 on this 12 wk cycle and start PCT wk 15. I'd also run a-dex instead of nolva...more efficient.

If you want to do this cycle perfectly I'd do this:

wk 1-6 dbol 50mg ed
wk 1-12 deca 200mg wk
wk 1-12 sust 500mg wk
wk 13-16 prop 500mg wk
wk 1-16 a-dex .5mg-1mg eod
wk 1-16 hcg 500iu e5d
wk 17-19 PCT

I'll add this, if it was my cycle I wouldn't use dbol because I hate it, but I'd opt to use winny instead the last 6 wks of cycle.

BabyArnold gave you my typical Test/Deca cycle.......with a taper to Prop...

It's a good cycle, as long as you stick to it the way it was intended.

I like to always get the HPTA going while still having a small percentage of exogenous test in circulation.

Clomid invokes nightmares in me.

Then there's the Deca issue.

I can't Sustanon either.

The cycle is nice and basic , not my fav compounds, but will get the job done.  But your PCT sucks nuts, you need to get some NCG and nolva in there.  And clomid makes me eek!

increase deca to 400 mg a week, and decrease dbol to 5 weeks , maybe 40 mg a day ...
