Yeah Matt gotta agree really is great that you post this up and have the site with short clips to preview, cause with all the expenses it's niceto spend $30 and actually know whatyour buying these days

I have this DVD and it is awesome ! It was definitely worth it and the DVD is very well done. The quality is excellent. Buy it ! You won't regret it if you are a Lee Priest fan.

lee,the review says that you seems to do less sets for each exercise than in the past,is it? have you changed your way of training or simply the video can't show all the performed sets? do you still do 4-5 sets for each exercise with 2-3 sets to failure?

No i still do alot.It would just get boring if the video showed every set.Shit i wouldn't watch it myself :).And i was mainly using machines as my elbow was injured and the free weights irritated it to much.

yes i agree. i could say the best condition ever-as in his early year...the blond mith..till 2000(even if he is always wonderfull). and it seems sometimes more good in the last days of precontest than the day of contest....mmm i can't go wrong but it seems so to me....ok lee but so you can't do free weights anymore or off season or after a period of rehab. with machines you could re-start using thme?
