really?  You really think that?  Look at him when he was doing the O, probably the 82 I was the best one...he was big and everything was developed.  When he was a teenager, he was huge but not as defined..of course I'm talking about the time he trained with arthur jones during the colorado experiment.  The thing with hit is it'll kill ya if you don't get enough rest and Casey had that figured out..

Go find an old book by Robert Kennedy called "Beef It'  I know the title is gay but check out the pics in that book, lots of cool shots of Metzer and Casey and alot of guys who were big back in the day...great pics in that book..
