Sergio is the KING OF MASS AND SHAPE.    Incredible!!     I met him at the olympia expo, hard to understand but willing to talk at length with the fans.    Old school needs to come back.

i remember reading that also,sergios biceps belly and muscle fullness made it impossible to flex the arm in regular fashon,he had to stop halfway,lol,he was one in a million when it came to the genetic pool
