From these pics, it's obvious that Cicherillo has the genetics to be one of the better guys.

It's only lack of effort that's holding him back.

I mostly agree with Zack on this . . . I can't say it's Bob's lack of effort ( I don't know how he trains ) But, he looks fantastic there and I for one am a fan.
