What quantities of what, and what frequency? Is this your own personal concotion? Results?
Fat loss:
Fish Oil caps (2 caps with breakfast and 2 with dinner = 4,000mg total)
Psyllium Fiber powder (2 tsp in 12oz Diet V8 Splash, followed by 16oz glass of water, 30-60 min before lunch = 10g fiber)
Calcium Carbonate Powder (1/2 tsp with morning protein drink = 700mg calcium)
Green Tea caps (1 cap with breakfast and 1 with dinner)
Cinnamon (2/8 tsp in oat meal, 2/8 tsp with each protein drink = 1 tsp a day)

Protein powder blend: Whey Isolate, Casein, Egg protein (40g with every meal except lunch and dinner)

I simply stay up to date with the latest studies on fitness, nutrition, fighting obesity and diabetes. These are a few of the things that have been shown to work in human studies.
