THAT LUMP IN MY ABS IS A FUXXING HERNIA !!! I HAD OPERATION 2 YEARS AGO AND NOW IS OUT AGAIN,MAYBE I WILL HAVE TO FORGET ABOUT HEAVY SQUATS AND ROWS !!!
