 Totally GENETICS...'BlockHead' lives on the southside of Chicago...a plethora of times driving in the ghetto in the summer I see plenty of 'bruthas' all w/ a 'fouty' of Colt-45...standing on the corner in front of a Currency Exchange or a chicken shack or liquor store with their shirts off literally looking like they are 2 weeks out from a show...ripped/seperated/striated etc...just their genetics.

  Whats up with that guy 'representing' like that throwing up his 2-fingers...he did that in Chicago he'd be shot let me tell ya...

Most people have pretty good genetics for abs.  A few only have a four pack or the occasional 2 pack,i.e. Boyer Coe but most guys can get a decent set of abs. Here's a great set of abs from a natural amatuer with a 28 inch waist.
