OMG..i was gonna post the same topic!
When i have SOME energy left after legs, I do it..20 min on the bike and 10 min on the treadmill..most of the time just 20 minutes though...I think its beneficial as you have depleted all your glycogen stores from your grueling leg workout, and doing cardio after legs will tap into your fat stores for energy more than usuall imho..
As long as you have some caffeine/ephedrine during the workout
How do you guys feel sore right after a leg workout
Maybe tired, and gimpy..dont get soare till the next day,,,
