my gym will be having a tire flipping contest next month.  Anyone ever participated in one or seen one? I'll be getting some video footage of course.  I'm guessing it will involve those big monster truck tires.

I watched svend karlsen's video the other day.  He made it look so easy.  500kg tire, in his gym.. just for practicing the event.
