It is nothing to do with contest diet, some of them have this looks, Jay is one of them, and this one too.

Luke is in the best shape and condition of his life.  His chest is much improved and he brought his arms up some too.  NY has a reputation for rewarding more mass.  Luke is big and incredibly conditioned.  Its a hard line-up in NY but I predict top 6 for Luke with the way he looks.
