He always tries to look Thug(from the pictures in the gym that i've seen) but after watching his posing routine yesterday, he is far from it...He should be wearing bigAnt's workout clothing

i agree. Arntz looked great. he actually prefer his physique much more than marcus haley's. he could've placed higher. he needs get an adult haircut tho. from the neck up he looks like he should be waiting in line for Teen Night at Medeival Times.

great build imo,will he ever win a big show?i doubt it but ya never know.he did a great job though from what he had to work with,as far as his body structure went.i remember around 10 years ago or so he was making good progress but his arms were stubborn,everything else,especially his delts grew like weeds,i know for a fact his delts are the real deal,no oil in those delts

Jay's height is irrelevant. This isn't a height contest. Jay is the same height as a couple former Mr. Olympias.

Jay looked GREAT. Those shoulders are sic...as always. He looks pretty balanced.

i agree that he's always on point with his conditioning...very impressive legs...his shoulders do look better in those pics...other than his height i think his problems have been his arms, needs to show more thickness and detail in his back shots, and his abs are too flat...looked good though...just some constructive criticism.
