I saw Vince Goodrum do a set of squats so galacticly heavy, it actually bent gravity and slowed the earths rotation. After the set, he walked out of the squat-rack 5 minutes before he had even started the set. I'm still 5 minutes younger than I should be.

True story.

  It is a FACT that Vince Goodrums tears cure cancer...it's just a shame he is so badass...he has never cried...EVER!
