Just wanted to chime in here and say thanks Hany for helping me for this contest, we really worked hard and it all paid off. I never spoke about this joint-venture before because it is really no one's business, but I am glad to have Hany as a friend and consultant as he knows his stuff. Many will make comments about his character, but he's a great guy with an even greater ability to motivate his athletes. He worked non-stop, day and night the week of the contest to ensure that I would be at my very best. I have never met anyone this dedicated toward their athletes, which is why I spoke to him about contest prep. I always did mine [prep] before, even though I would talk to other friends, but when we met, we clicked right away and that is why we were able to get the job done. It's like that verse in that movie, "Starsky and Hutch" when Big-Snoop Dogg tells Owen Wilson and that Gaylord Focker-guy (lol), 'I lay it out, so ya'll can play it out!' and that is what he did, he gave me instruction and I executed. I will continue using Hany for contest prep as it allows me to focus on training and other endeavors, which has really made me more calm and less freaked out over nothing going into a show. If you're reading this Hany, thanks but we've got work to do because dem' boys this weekend are hungry and BIG!
