in all these videos outthere, those pro tell us every training tips, nutrition, and all these bull sh..t
but they never tell you how much juice goes along with it. I guess millions of kids outhere still believe their Heroes get that big by only Training hard and eat a lot, and got to 295lbs with 2% body fat..lol ;D ;D pathetic sport

I enjoyed the video and have watched it a couple times.  There's some good interviews and then the same old s*%t with the guys that are on there every year.  Poundages are down for obvious reasons, but it's one of the best BFTO ever put out.

As for the juice comment...it's a tool, a small percentage not the secret to there success as pros, genetics are! ::)
