I believe those are Norma Hellas.

I've used them, good quality shit.

there both pretty much in the same group but Deca is stronger

I read on BBing.com that EQ is actually better than Deca but I am no expert.

EQ is one of the milder anabolics and no it is not as strong as Deca.

Deca is rather potent.
