If so what did you order?
I did make a decent blend that I drink while working out (it's rather expensive). It's 50% Taurine, 25% Glutamine, & 25% BCAA's. I usually add about two tablespoons to a bottle of water.
I'm a little upset because the new site isn't up yet & I'm running out of my "blend". I'm dying to make another one. I was thinking something along the lines of 50% Taurine, 15% BCAA's, 20% L-Tyrosine, & 5% Vitamin C.
