Blackballed............I f that is true,it's just another IFBB ploy to keep their monopoly.Say what you want about Vince's WBF, but at least more athlete's got contracts(some got really small ones,but they still got something) with the IFBB. We've all heard the stories over & over how Weider kept his strangehold on the athletes & sold the biz for 300-400k while the majority of his pro's left the sport w/nothing. I think a new federation(ran properly) would be great for the sport. I hope they do away with the 200.00 fee to remain a "Pro" & every athlete gets some prize money for their efforts.Personally, I think the IFBB is a f'ing joke,& it's a shame the way they treat their "Pro's".

I've delivered the message and now I'm done. I have absolutely nothing against Lee or Vince Galanti and I did defend Rhino in a post last month. I'm also sure they problably hate my guts along with a lot of other people. But I still had to "deliver the message".

what are you eating, 1000grams of protein a day???or are you paying 6 or 7 dollars a pound? Lets say you pay $4 a pound(which is way to high) but for arguments sake we will say $4...Now we will say 1 pound of chicken breast is roughly 125 grams of protein total..actually more but we will say 120...now lets say you ate 6 pounds of it a day(thats 720 grams of protein) which i can't see happening but if it is then so be it...

I wonder why the IFBB and NPC would hire a person with a history of lies and hoaxes to post this warning.

Wouldn't it make sense to have someone credible, or at the very least, a new anonymous account? After all, an account with NO posting history would have more credibility than a person with a history of lies- 3 big lie campaigns this year already.

BTW, despite any references made by Lee Thompson, Kai Greene is not a member of the NPC Global and will have nothing whatsoever to with the organization. Neither will Branch Warren. Not sure whether someone will really get blackballed or banned but the IFBB has already made it clear for competitors to stay away

Amateur orgs affiliated with the amateur IFBB in other countries often threaten to ban athletes who compete in other orgs, with limited success. Lots of people compete in NAC, NABBA, WABBA, IBFA, etc., and the IFBB.

However, because of that 1982 lawsuit between the AAU and the NPC, it would be illegal for the NPC to do so. Now that settlement mentions Jim Manion by name, stating he cannot ban anyone for competing in another org. I wonder if that applies to his new job as head of the pro IFBB.

TIM, If I recall right (and I may be wrong here .... but) I think that 1982 court settlement was only concerned with the NPC as an amateur organization.

I don't think it had anything to do with the IFBB due to the professional membership.
