Valentine Enterprises, a contract manufacturer of sports supplements, had to remove the body of Jerry Hill, 45, after he got caught and died in one of their industrial blenders. This Georgia company produces supplements for numerous companies.

Remember those guys from Chile who were in a plane crash in the Andes and had to eat their dead, fellow passengers to survive? They turned out fine.
