Hey guys. Have to say im pretty much a bodybuilder who follows basic workout,usually full body 3 times a week. I do this because i play rugby.
I am however interested in getting sum real big weight up, and was wandering if anyone could lay out a good powerlifting routine which would allow me to work on all 3 areas, instead of just specialising in bench or squat or dead etc.
Im currently in rugby offseason aswell.
