Eh iv done dips with 125lbs dumbell at the END of my chest workout for sets of 12, thats 180 was no biggie.....

yeah that little 4 ft asian kid was the most impressive. The vertical jump was pretty good too cause I don't usually see people pushing themselves to jump like that
