DJ is a his lightest ever right now ( as a pro). He is in the 250's and plan to compete in the 240's.

incredible shoulder to waist ratio

Looks like him coming down in weight was the right move.

I could see him being at around 230-235 as his optimal weight.

Starting to have the kind of symmetry he once had.

Would be interesting to hear reflections from DJ sometime on how he considers his physique when he was real heavy and blocky.

Does he ever plan on fixing those abs and his horrible lats and terrifying condition? Other than that he just needs crazy cuts and better quad sweep and then he will do some damage.

That is a big difference actually.

Whatever Mischko is doing to his guys (Gustavo as well), is some fcuking kind of magic.

He used to have a big GH gut. Now he just has the regular BB gut, controllable by breathing
