Nothing new for you vets........ but for guys who haven't ran many cycles like myself, this is a good addition to your injection rotation....

www.spotinjections.com will show you how to do every muscle.... this has been covered on the board before, but I figured some of the newer guys can benefit.

I just started pec injecting and it's awesome because they are easy to hit, and even if you have a "bad" injection that causes a little pain, it's a group that isn't going to aggrivate you by not being able to walk or move your arm or something.

If you haven't hit pecs yet, I suggest you try it.... But remember, if you have a small chest with not much dense muscle it could be dangerous because you can go through your chest cavity. And make sure you do it with a small needle like 3/4 inch or 1 inch.... Now go freakin do it!

The pectoralis is not by any means a muscle that holds volume very well.

Rotation is important but this is not one I like to use.

How much you shooting in there?

your right its not the best place to do it!!!!

I like the pec injections. I was a little nervous before I started using the pecs, but DIV cleared up my unfounded fear and it has become one of my preferred spots to pin.

How important is it to rotate injection site?Can I just pin glutes 2x week for 16 weeks?What is the benift of rotation?

you rotate so you dont build up scar tissue under your injection site. I.E.

you can go glutes.delts back to glutes and vise versa

I recently did my first pec injection of test 250, its still very sore after 3 days and there is a big lump where I shot it. But I think it will go away soon. The only reason I did it was because whenever I try to stick it in the glutes, its kinda awkward and i sometimes get cramps from twisting. I'm kinda hesitant about hitting quads because I don't want to hit a nerve and not be able to walk for a few days.

How much you shooting in there?

My pecs are pretty broad (incline DB presses) so they hold tons....

I rotate injection sites on the pecs but they hold 3mL injections, which is what it ends up being between the Sustanon, Deca, HCG etc....

I load up and shoot.

Once you are experience it's actually very easy....and that's with a 25G pin.

I figure if your hands aren't strong enough to push it through you probably shouldn't be using AAS anyway.

I needed to give my deltoids a break.....

To add, if your chest is not big enough from natural training then where to inject AAS is the least of your problems.

That's true......didn't think about that.

To those of you who read this......if your chest isn't developed enough where you are actually worried about going DEEP in to the chest, then you shouldn't be using AAS anyway.

You need to build some muscle first.....

This is scary...

I suppose I assumed everyone here was already lifting....

Any muscle can hold volume.

How it enters the portal system is what concerns me.

Elaborate on why pec injections concern you.

What about the delivery are you worried about?

Jesus Christ, BIG O we leave and this happens...... Pec injections.... I seriously doubt you are injecting enough to were u would need to hit the pec. I agree with BIG O on this one.

It's not about "needing" to hit the pec....

That's not the point.

It's an easy injection and I'm beginning to like them.

I don't shoot the glutes.....

EXACTLY....it is for convenience purposes. You have the syringe in perfect view, easy to aspirate... and does not have a bad aftertaste..... unlike glutes, delts and other muscles in the rotation, if you happen to have a "bad" injection... the pain doesnt aggrivate you every time you take a step or open a door

I bet the guys who are saying there is no need to hit the pecs probably have never hit them.... if they tried it they would see how nice it is

sooo true my delts have taken a beating over the years i hear cracking when i inject them still even after taking a break on them of like 8 months , got to love that scare tissue

It's easy if you have large pecs.......more room and depth to shoot.

They are easy shots to do......and I'm talking deep, so there's no chance of leakage from the injection site.

Always deep.
