It all depends on how you judge it. With todays judges, who would win?


The most recient Olympias would be at top...The earliest at bottom.

its funny, when this thread came up over at ironage, they placed Larry Scott and Frank Zane above Ronnie 1998.

So Hulkster, are you saying that in a way, Ronnie is better than Dorian? Hmmm, I wonder what some other members here such as ND think of this. ND, who do you think is better - Ronnie or Dorian? I am really interested in what your opinion is, of this. And Hulkster, if you don't agree with ND, feel free to post some pics and arguments to support your assertions  ;D

What may be more "funny" is how some fail to realize just how great these men are in the HISTORY of bodybuilding. Ronnie is  a mass monster and great champ, no doubt about it. But for my money Zane put the greatest PHYSIQUE ever on an Olympia stage from 77-79. Many today confuse freakky mass with what makes a great physique. A great physique is a work of art and classic in form.
Bodybuilding today is more about building pure mass and freakish size/cuts, etc.
