Before & After featuring Mindspin , I came across this in an issue of Flex magaziena dn thought it was cool .

Seriously though, Yemeni got into very good condition. Didn't know he featured in Flex though! Cool pics.

Any more magazine articles on you, Mind spin?

Mindspin has a great physique.. I didnt relaize the dates before- July93, Dec93, April 94, August 94.. That is a long progression, before i thought that all was in a span of 12 weeks!  :o


If I can get into conditioning between April and August of his pics ill be happy.. ;D

Ha ha!  Good find ND.  I had not seen that ad in years.  And yes, the progression I have posted b4 was for 12 weeks.  I actually took pics every four weeks yearound.  However, for the ad, they could not use that many pics, so they chose those four...the dates on them are off though.  I'd have to dig up the actual pics and check when they were taken...

Holy crap, that really jogged my memory. I remember seeing that ad long ago and I never even realized it was mindspring until just now. I can't believe I remember seeing that, I guess it was such an awesome transformation.
